Are you a safe, dependable driver looking for a predictable schedule that leaves your weekends free? Certitude Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) between their homes and our day programs across the West Valley.

This role is ideal for school bus drivers, retired professionals, or caregivers who want split-shift flexibility—or candidates who want to build up to a full 32–40 hour work week by assisting with daytime errands and support between routes!

• Company Vehicle Provided: Drive comfortable company minivans (no wear and tear on your personal vehicle).
• Flexible Hours Option: Work the base split-shift OR pick up mid-day errand/support shifts to reach 32–40 hours per week.
• 10 Paid Holidays: Full paid holiday coverage so you can enjoy time off.
• Earned Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.
• Earned Paid Sick Time: Accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked.
• Predictable Schedule: Fixed Monday through Friday hours with NO weekends .

Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Transport: Safely pick up clients at their homes in the morning (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM) and return them home in the afternoon (3:45 PM – 6:30 PM).
• Mid-Day Hours (Optional): Assist with company errands, vehicle care, or program support during mid-day hours if full-time status is desired.
• Passenger Safety & Support: Provide friendly, courteous assistance as passengers enter and exit company minivans.
• Vehicle Care: Maintain general cleanliness of company minivans and complete basic pre/post-trip safety checks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Driver's License & Record: Active, valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card: Active Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CPR Certification: CPR/First Aid certification is a big plus!
• Reliability & Punctuality: Dependable attendance is crucial for client pick-up schedules.
• Customer Service Mindset: A compassionate, patient demeanor when working with individuals with disabilities.
