Job Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to work in a fast paced non-stop role. Great work ethic and an inclusive team-oriented mind set are also a must as you will be asked to assist in all areas of restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Change water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
- Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
