Daily Responsibilities:

• Documentation of all communication with clients in lab data entry software
• Providing solutions to technical issues with cases
• Basic Excel knowledge for storing current cases that are on hold
• Organizational skills to prioritize daily workload and complete work on a timely basis
• Ability to train others in technical aspects of products as needed

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in dental technology
• Basic knowledge in crown and bridge, dentures, partials, implants and attachments, orthodontics appliances (preferred)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Orthodontic knowledge
• CDT preferred
• Microsoft Outlook proficiency
• Basic Excel understanding
