5+ years of QA/QC experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, or complex construction projects. Proven experience acting as an owner, owner's representative, project manager, construction manager, or lead quality manager with authority to drive project decisions. Experience leading QA/QC and commissioning programs from construction through turnover. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, plumbing, civil, structural, and building systems. Experience managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional project teams. Familiarity with mission-critical power, cooling, commissioning, and facility infrastructure systems. Experience supporting both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery models.

Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level QA/QC Manager to serve as an owner's representative on a large-scale data center construction project. This individual must be a hands-on project leader who drives quality initiatives, makes technical decisions, and partners closely with design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead onsite QA/QC programs for mission-critical construction projects. Develop, track, and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive corrective actions. Review construction documents, submittals, testing procedures, commissioning plans, and turnover documentation. Partner with design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met. Manage and audit contractors, vendors, and field teams for compliance with project QA/QC requirements. Support testing, startup, commissioning, energization, and equipment turnover activities. Participate in factory witness testing, inspections, issue resolution, and punch list closeout efforts. Develop QA/QC dashboards, reporting tools, and quality improvement initiatives. Provide training and guidance on quality processes and standards across project teams.
