As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide assistance to customers over the phone and in person at the branch. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and assisting walk-in customers Communicating material delivery information and all changes in delivery times and materials to customers Entering orders and quotes electronically and promptly Ensuring the accuracy of pricing and quantities for orders and quotes Preparing delivery tickets and establishing lead times for orders Coordinating truck for on-time delivery of materials Making sales calls to current and prospective customers Coordinating with the sales team to fill light truckloads with additional materials Recording and auditing customer issues and concerns Inventory control Assisting with various administrative and accounting duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous building material or construction experience Detail-oriented and service-driven Strong written and verbal communication Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products What We Offer: Competitive Wages start at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour and an annual discretionary bonus!
