Job Title: Lead/ Senior Data Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Job Type: Long term Contract

Mode of work: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Databricks

Architect and maintain Delta Lake solutions for reliability and performance

Ensure data quality, governance, and pipeline observability

Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders

Required Skills

Min Ten+ Years of Experience required.

Property & Casualty Insurance in big Plus

Databricks (strong hands-on experience)- Must Have

Apache Spark and PySpark

Python and/or Scala

SQL and data modeling

ETL/ELT pipeline design and optimization

Delta Lake

Preferred Skills

Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Agile/Scrum delivery experience
