Advance Your Career!We are in search of a passionate and motivated Part-Time Physician to become a part of our Pediatric Hospital Medicine team based in Ann Arbor, Michigan . This role presents an exciting chance to significantly influence the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-oriented setting.
As a key member of our team, you will function as a Pediatric Hospitalist, delivering comprehensive inpatient medical care to children in the hospital, including care for newborns and attendance at deliveries. You will work closely with the Emergency Department and a multidisciplinary care team, which includes nursing staff, case management, social work, and allied health professionals, to ensure high-quality, family-centered care throughout the pediatric hospital medicine continuum.
Opportunity Details- Position Type: Part-time (0.60)
- Schedule: A mix of 7- and 13.5-hour day and night shifts. The templated schedule allows for flexibility and advanced planning to promote work-life balance.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- DEA license
- PALS/NRP certification (must be maintained)
- Providing direct patient care
- Attendance at deliveries
- Performing circumcisions; training will be provided for candidates who are not certified
- Conducting ED Pediatric consultations
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
