IT Project Lead

Job Description:
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking an Senior IT Project Lead to oversee technology modernization initiatives, Moodle LMS support activities, and enterprise IT projects supporting U.S. Coast Guard operations.

Duties:

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams
• Facilitate project meetings and status reporting
• Monitor project risks and mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with contract and federal requirements

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of IT project management experience
• Experience supporting federal, DHS, or DoD contracts
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
• PMP certification preferred
• Familiarity with FAR and federal contract compliance requirements

Salary Range:
Pay range information will be disclosed consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency laws once available. For this position, the anticipated salary range is $120,000-$130,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
