SOC Architect

Required qualifications 8+ years in cloud architecture or senior infrastructure engineering, including production designs on both Google Cloud Platform and AWS.

Hands-on design of isolated multi-tenant or per-customer cloud environments. Ability to produce IaC-ready designs
Experience architecting platforms that host conversational or contact-center workloads.

Preferred qualifications

Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and/or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
Direct experience with Contact Center AI, Dialog flow CX, Amazon Connect, Lex, or equivalent. VPC Service Controls, Private Google Access, AWS Private Link, Control Tower, or Landing Zone Accelerator.
Security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
