At Wayne Douglas Agency we pride ourselves on our outstanding insurance products and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
Bilingual, fluent in both English, Spanish or Hindu is beneficial.
