I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager, experiences that helped me develop a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and helping others succeed. I graduated from Belmont University, where I played Division I golf, and today my husband is a valued member of our agency team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our two sons. Giving back to the community is important to me. I am actively involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, support Habitat for Humanity, and enjoy participating in initiatives that help strengthen and grow our community. Our agency offers a gym membership, Simple IRA, Aspirant Program opportunities, and ongoing personal and professional development. Our culture is positive, hardworking, and team-oriented. I'm looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, coachable, and enjoys helping others. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mallory Pfingstler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
