Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,146-$2,310 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Days Start date: 09/21/2026 Travel assignment in a hospital setting Responsibilities Renders professional nursing care to patients on an assigned unit and carries out orders placed by the provider responsible for the patient’s medical care Documents care plans and patient progress each shift; ensures comprehensive clinical documentation Communicates patient information for continuity and safe care through Bedside shift reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding (AIDET) Maintains unit-specific competencies; completes required net learning modules within identified timeframes Promotes a culture of well-being, a positive department atmosphere, and a safe environment by following procedures and protocols; identifies and addresses patient safety issues Works within a Just Culture framework, escalating concerns through the chain of command; participates in daily unit-based safety huddles Participates in quality initiatives and performance improvement efforts to improve patient outcomes; collaborates with nurses from other units as needed Serves as a preceptor for new nurses; participates in DNV survey readiness and supports shared governance Works collaboratively with nursing staff and students; delegates appropriately and provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed personnel For Occupational Health: when applicable, enters orders for labs, x-rays, EKGs, or other testing per protocol and documents point-of-care results Requirements Current New Hampshire RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Graduate of an approved nursing program; preferred Basic dysrhythmia knowledge; preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation Dysrhythmia course completion prior to the end of orientation (telemetry-based units) Travel assignment requires the ability to float to Med/Surg, Rehab, and Geri Psych units CPI training preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation Demonstrated ability to work in a hospital setting and support unit-based safety and quality initiatives Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Assignment and credentialing assistance from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Orientation provided, up to 16 hours unpaid Ongoing support throughout the travel assignment Access to compliance and education resources to maintain licensure and certifications Structured path for competency development and professional collaboration About Healthforce Healthforce is a nationwide travel healthcare staffing agency connecting travel nurses and allied health professionals with high-quality contract assignments across the United States.
