- # Home Health Occupational Therapist- Case By CaseApply: Fort Worth, TX: Part time: Posted Today: JR-115158**Location:**Home Health - Fort Worth**Department:**Rehab Services**Shift:**First Shift (United States of America)**Standard Weekly Hours:**12**Summary:**The Occupational Therapist evaluates and provides family-oriented services to the home health patient with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments; fine motor, sensorimotor, and developmental delays; as well as traumatic injuries and swallowing disorders. This includes patient and caregiver education; discharge planning; and consultation to other professionals, clinics or agencies.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy* 1+ year pediatric experience preferred* State license for occupational therapy or licensure eligible* CPR certification* Current Texas driver’s license in good standing**About Us:** Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
