Controls Construction Technician

Our client, an industry leader in building automation and control systems, is seeking a Controls Construction Technician IV to join their team. As a Controls Construction Technician IV, you will be part of the Controls Department supporting the technical operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $34-$45 Hourly What's the Job? Install, program, test, and calibrate control systems, including related software, hardware, and equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair control systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Operate control systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide leadership and training to lower-level technicians to foster team growth and development. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, repairs, and upgrades for future reference. What's Needed? Extensive experience in installing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems. Strong knowledge of control hardware, software, and related equipment. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
