We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who genuinely enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making someone’s day a little easier.

As a CSR, you’ll be an important part of the client experience. You’ll get to know your clients, help them navigate their insurance, answer questions, handle policy changes, and step in when they need someone who knows their account and can help.

This is not a call-center position. We’re looking for someone who wants to build real relationships with clients and become a trusted part of their insurance team.

You don’t have to know everything on day one. We can teach you insurance. What we can’t teach as easily is great communication, follow-through, accountability, and genuinely caring about people.

What You’ll Do

• Take care of clients: Be responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable when clients call, email, or stop by with questions or concerns.
• Own the follow-through: If you tell a client you’ll take care of something, make sure it gets done. Keep them updated and don’t let things fall through the cracks.
• Handle policy service: Process policy changes, additions, cancellations, billing questions, certificates, documents, and other day-to-day client needs.
• Be a problem solver: Listen to what the client actually needs, find the answer, and help them navigate the process.
• Know your clients: Build relationships and learn the people behind the policies. Understanding their lives and businesses helps you provide better service.
• Help clients understand their coverage: Explain insurance in a way that makes sense—not in a bunch of industry jargon.
• Assist with claims: Help clients understand what to expect, answer questions, and connect them with the right resources throughout the claims process.
• Review and round accounts: As you get to know your clients, recognize opportunities to make sure they are properly protected. This may include recommending additional coverage or helping them bundle policies when it makes sense for them.
• Keep things organized: Accurately document conversations, process transactions, and keep client information up to date in agency systems.
• Work as a team: Communicate with producers, agency leadership, and other team members to make sure clients receive a consistent and positive experience.

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred , or willingness to obtain one within 14 days.
