Role Description The Healthcare Recruiter is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Liberal, KS. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying healthcare professionals for a variety of clinical and non‑clinical assignments, ensuring timely placement to meet partner needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing job postings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes in collaboration with internal teams. The Healthcare Recruiter maintains candidate pipelines, provides clear and responsive communication to applicants, and supports onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience. This position also involves working closely with partners to understand staffing requirements, maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Qualifications Strength in Healthcare Staffing, with an understanding of clinical roles and healthcare environments. Experience in Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. Excellent Customer Service skills, with a commitment to responsive and professional candidate support. Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for working with candidates and internal stakeholders. Previous experience in high‑volume or rapid‑response recruiting is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic office software tools.
