Construction Light Equipment Operator

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Construction Light Equipment Operator to support a growing field operations team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in operating light machinery and assisting with site preparation, grading, and general construction activities. Key Responsibilities:

Operate light construction equipment such as off-shoulder type mower, roller, and patch truck
Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and material handling
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed
Read and interpret basic site plans or instructions

Requirements:

Proven experience operating light construction equipment
Must have a valid Class C Driver’s License
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
