The hospital is also known for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics, neuroscience, women's health, heart and vascular and cancer care.Scope to WorkPerform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations consisting of: Two-dimensional imaging, spectral and color flow Doppler, m-mode; trans esophageal; exercise and pharmacologic echocardiograms; saline and left ventricular opacification studies on adult patients. Instruction of medical personnel in technical performance, clinical application, and cardiac pathology as it pertains to cardiac ultrasound. May act as a mentor/preceptor for other Ultrasonographers and/or students.This is a Cardiac Ultrasound position; only RDCS, ACS, or RCS credentials are required.QualificationsRequired associate's degree or equivalent Graduate of Diagnostic Ultrasound Program or equivalent.Minimal as gained at student level.
