What You Will Do On A Typical Day:

Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and deadlines.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure timely availability of materials.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.

Staff Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse Forklift, Material Handler and Supervisors.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees.
• Address employee issues and concerns.
• Administer disciplinary actions and set corrective behavior goals.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What You Should Have:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is often required.

· Experience: Several years of experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in a leadership role.

· Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.

· Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
