Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute Position: Full-time & Part-time RN Shifts Available: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Ahwatukee Post Acute is looking for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide top-tier care to our residents. What You’ll Do : Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Lead and mentor the nursing team, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes. Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans. What We’re Looking For : Active RN licensure in the state of Arizona. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. CPR/BLS Certification. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
