Personal Care Aides Needed

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to work in a long-term care setting, providing support to residents with activities of daily living.

Hourly pay rate: $19

Personal Care Home Requirements:

Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting
Ability to Communicate Effectively
Reliable Transportation to worksite location

Flagstar PCAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

Provide companionship with the residents
Assist with mobility issues, helping residents get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
Help with personal hygiene (i.e. brushing teeth, toileting, bathing)
Assist with all daily activities, based on the resident’s limitations and needs
