Mako Product Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for a Clinical Specialist to deliver hands-on clinical and technical support for Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery systems partnering directly with surgeons and hospital teams to drive exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities Provide intraoperative support during robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures Prepare, calibrate, and manage Mako systems before, during, and after cases Partner directly with surgeons and OR staff to optimize workflow and efficiency Train clinical teams on system operation and best practices Troubleshoot real-time technical challenges with confidenceTrack case utilization and identify growth opportunities Support new site launches and surgeon onboarding Serve as the face of our organization with professionalism and compliance You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and hospital stakeholders playing a key role in technology adoption and clinical excellence. What We’re Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree required (Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Kinesiology, or related field preferred) Experience 1–3 years in surgical support, medical device, or clinical education Orthopedic or robotic-assisted surgery experience strongly preferred Skills That Set You Apart Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Solid understanding of anatomy and surgical environments Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple high-priority cases Comfort interacting directly with surgeons in fast-paced OR settings Strong documentation and reporting proficiency If you’re ready to combine clinical expertise with robotics and thrive in a high-impact role, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr SurgiCor
