Claims Coordinator (Hybrid)

The Claims Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to Claims Counsel/Analyst in the form of basic research and assisting in the file preparation and management. What You'll Do Assist in investigating claims and provide support to Claims Counsels/Analysts. Obtain relevant documentation, compile closing files / title research for Claims Counsel/Analyst’s investigation. Maintain schedules / calendars and expense reports. Handle invoices / billing and work closely with accounting to accomplish payment of all expenses / settlements. Assist with major claims as needed. Provide paralegal support to Claims Counsels/Analysts as needed. What You'll Bring Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization. Microsoft office products with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and work under pressure. High School Diploma or equivalent. Typically has 1-2 years administrative experience. Title insurance preferred. Paralegal certification desirable. Pay Range $20.31 - $27.09 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. Benefits Medical, dental, vision. 401(k).
