Practice Info Busy, established practice, newly remodeled with a growing patient base Large, experienced staff of 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound, and surgical suites Balanced caseload with an average of 35-40 patients per day and 40-60 deliveries per month Deliveries at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital GYN surgeries at HCA Highlands Hospital Work with a team of skilled midwives, APPs, and physicians dedicated to exceptional patient care Responsibilities Provide high-quality OB/GYN care with strong clinical support Perform outpatient consultations, deliveries, and surgeries in a collaborative setting Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within a respected, physician-led organization Compensation Competitive First-Year Salary: $350,000 - $500,000 Above-average base salary with productivity bonuses (opportunity to double salary in Year 2) $100,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus Eligibility for a Loan Forgiveness Program Partnership Track: Become a partner in just 2 years Benefits 4 weeks PTO CME allowance Comprehensive healthcare for you and your family 401(k) with employer match Company-paid malpractice insurance Shift & Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunity Approximately 2.5 days in clinic, 1 surgery day, 2 Labor & Delivery days (flexible scheduling available) 1:5 weekend call rotation (Midwives take 1st call; Physicians take 2nd call from home) Flexible Work Options: Choose full-time or part-time, including 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off scheduling Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician
