Weekend In home Caregiver morning and evening shifts

About the Role: FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for compassionate and dependable Weekend In-Home Caregivers to join our team for morning shifts in the Naperville, IL area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients who need support right in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing during morning routines Prepare and serve breakfast and morning meals Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home Assist with light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishes Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Administer medication reminders and monitor client well-being Requirements: Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience required Availability to work weekend morning shifts consistently Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans CNA, HHA, or similar certification a plus but not required About Us: FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is a trusted provider of non-medical in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live safely and comfortably at home.
