General Position Requirements:

Phoenix I Restoration & Construction, LLC, is seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to lead projects to successful completion.  The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews, and have a strong history in aggressive project leadership, effective decision making and strong communication skills.  Our project superintendents are responsible for driving the project schedule and creating a high energy site environment with the goal of completing the project ahead of schedule.  The ability to prepare and lead project coordination meetings with all subcontractor superintendents is a critical trait for a PIRC Superintendent.  Our superintendents are responsible for understanding the project documents, including the plans, specifications, submittals, RFI’s, etc., to ensure all aspects of the project are completed correctly and the quality levels are in line with the project requirements.  Project superintendents will work closely with our project manager to coordinate the project to provide maximum returns for Phoenix I.

Work Location:

The hired candidate will be based at the assigned project location.  Our jobsites cover a significant amount of Texas and travel to jobsites will be required. 

Compensation:

·         Salary is negotiable based on past performance and accomplishments.

·         Health insurance will be provided at no cost to the selected candidate.  There is an option to add family members or increase the level of plan coverage at a cost.

·         Participation in company ESOP program.

·         Two weeks paid vacation per year.

·         Six paid holidays per year.
