Tree Guardian USA, LLC is looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our growing tree service company!
If you’re a people person who enjoys working outdoors, building relationships, and earning based on your performance, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with residential and commercial customers
- Inspect properties and identify tree service needs
- Prepare estimates and explain services to customers
- Follow up on leads and build lasting customer relationships
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and local prospecting
- Represent our company professionally in the community
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of trees/tree care is preferred, but we can train the right candidate
Compensation: Commission-based pay with strong earning potential. Commission only! Pay listing was a requirement for Zip Recruiter.
