Position: Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA)

Available Shifts:

• Full Time Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M 

• Part Time Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M 

Sign On Bonus: $1,000

Location: The Elms Center, Milford, NH

Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) Available Shifts:

• Full Time Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M 

• Part Time Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of medications to residents as directed by licensed nursing staff.

• Monitor and document patient responses to medications and report any concerns.

• Provide support with daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) Requirements:

• Valid Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) certification in New Hampshire.

• Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.

• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
