IT System Support Specialist

IT System Support SpecialistOur client's primary Service Desk is recruiting for an IT System Support Specialist whose primary duties will be to receive, review, track, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble reports related to system/application related requests for our client's systems or route them to the appropriate support team.This role will require:Strong customer service skillsKnowledge of Active Directory or other identity management systemAttention to detailAbility to work with rapidly changing prioritiesExperience with troubleshooting Windows systemsGood verbal and writing skills for customer interaction and documentationGood problem isolation skills, and a broad general knowledge of IT systemsThe ability to shift topics rapidlyWorking knowledge of Jira for the placing and tracking of calls.
