Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehab team at The Springs of Fort Smith in Fort Smith, AR. If you are passionate about helping people move better, live stronger, and reach their goals—with a smile—you'll fit right in. As a COTA with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT and assisting in executing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
Responsibilities

- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
- Document patient progress with accuracy and insight
Requirements
- Active Arkansas COTA license
- A passion for patient care and teamwork
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Part-time availability and a positive, proactive mindset
