Active Maryland PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the assignment start. Home health experience required. Candidates must have clinical experience providing in-home patient care, documentation in home health electronic medical records, and familiarity with home safety assessments. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Ability to travel to patient homes across the Charles County area and surrounding communities as assigned.
