This is a structured succession opportunity, with the President expected to transition into the CEO role following a planned value-creation and exit period. CANDIDATE PROFILE

We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model: Tech-enabled services, managed services, system integrator, SaaS-enabled services, or web hosting services
• Functional: Senior commercial leader, President or Division President, Business Unit Leader, or other title with similar scope
• Orientation: Commercial orientation is preferred
• Private Equity: Not required
• M&A: Solid integration experience preferred
• Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
