Project Manager

Serving as the critical link between internal operations and external stakeholders, you will drive project success from initial award through to final installation.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage a portfolio of multiple commercial interior and woodwork projects simultaneously from pre-production through to successful site installation.Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate seamless internal hand-offs between Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Field Installation teams.Document Control: Masterfully review and manage contract documents, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders to mitigate project risk.Technical Validation: Verify technical architectural drawings, approved submittals, and field dimensions while maintaining accurate as-built records.Operational Planning: Generate detailed scopes of work, material take-offs, job summaries, and quality-assurance checklists.Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate material orders, manage vendor purchase orders, and oversee delivery timelines and shipping logistics.Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality control assessments on both shop-fabricated items and field-installed work.Stakeholder Management: Represent the company at jobsite meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for general contractors and clients.Financial Administration: Support project billing cycles, manage subcontractor agreements, and oversee final project closeout procedures.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the commercial cabinetry, architectural millwork, or specialized woodworking industry.Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of subcontractor dynamics, scheduling, and sequencing within commercial construction environments.Technical Blueprint Literacy: Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural schematics, shop drawings, and engineering layouts.Execution Skills: A proven track record of managing competing priorities, balancing tight deadlines, and maintaining strict budget controls.Why Join Us?This is a confidential opportunity to join a highly skilled, quality-driven manufacturing team where accountability and craftsmanship are paramount.
