But you must care about doing the little things right, showing up on time, and being a helpful and respectful teammate. How you'll contribute to the team: You will work in our clean, climate-controlled production facilities in either Bethel or Royalton, VT. Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll run manual and automatic machines to produce plastic parts used in medical devices. From starting up production to adjusting and troubleshooting the machines, and packaging materials - that's you. During and after production, you'll be responsible for making sure everything you make meets our strict quality standards. You'll also be relied on to report any safety hazards and help solve production problems with your teammates and the Team Lead. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time We operate on 12 hours day and night shifts -3 days one week/4 the following week.
