Bogey Hills Dental in St. Charles is hiring for a full time (or part-time) dental hygienist. We are a growing office with many new patients and we handle most of our perio in house. If you are a high performing hygienist who enjoys doing more than prophys all day, this post is for you!
Hours:Monday: 8am-3pm
Tuesday: 8am-6pm
Thursday: 8an-3pm
Friday: 8am-3pm Our office is patient centered, fun and supportive. Our ideal candidate would be: Friendly, Outgoing, Motivated and Flexible with the ability to multi-task. While full time would be ideal, we would be open to discussing part time options as we are flexible.
Our office utilizes an individual bonus program that rewards productive hygienists by treating them like the providers they are. We offer a high hourly base $50+/hr as well as the opportunity for an individual monthly production bonus on top of the high base pay. If you are a high performing hygienist stuck being compensated only with hourly pay, we are looking for you!
Full Time benefits include:
Paid holidays
2 weeks PTO
Office bonus of $200-$300/month (achieved 80%+)
Medical Insurance premium reimbursement (HRA)
Full Dental coverage for immediate family and discounted fees for extended family
3% IRA match
