Production OperatorPosition Responsibilities:Strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines including, Safety, GMP and SQFAbility to follow verbal and written directions.Eagerness to learn all aspects of equipment operation, including troubleshooting.Maintain a clean and organized working area.Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to stand during a 10-hour shift and lift up to 55lbs.Key Employee Touchpoints:Production Supervisor/sQA Manager and TechniciansMaintenance ManagerDirector of OperationsPosition Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent educationBasic mathematical skillsFlexible schedule, able to work occasional nights and weekendsBe a team memberExperience:1-2 years of food or FMCG manufacturing experience preferredPrevious experience with operating of manufacturing equipmentFood handling and manufacturing knowledge preferredAdditional Competencies:Fluent English required. Bilingual preferredHobart equipment knowledgeWork Setting:In-personAbility to Commute/Relocate:Thornton, CO 80023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One Location
