- Provide fantastic customer service
- Review/Implement entertainment/activities schedule
- POS System
- Works with Entertainment Lead to develop the Point Sebago FUN Experience... aka "Lifestyle"
- Conducts quality checks of activities and entertainment (.i.e. equipment, activities, staff interactions with guests, grounds)
- Identify areas of risk (weather, events, or staffing)
- Leading and hosting entertainment/activities events
- Working with activities staff to ensure a high-quality experience
- Compiling and reviewing participants' feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Enforcing safety regulations State, Cove and workplace safety
- All other duties assigned by Activities Lead or Lifestyle Manager
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in entertainment and recreation related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certified preferred
- Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- Team player
- An effective communicator
- Highly organized
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Passionate about entertainment and recreation
- Comfortable on a microphone in front of guests
- Ability to provide experiences to guests of all ages
- Ability to make critical decisions
