About the Position We are not hiring a foreman. We are hiring someone to run the operation. Sunrise Lawn SC LLC is growing quickly and expanding into HOAs, commercial work, and pressure washing. We need a strong operational leader who can manage the day-to-day so the Owner can focus on growth. If you thrive in structured chaos, know how to manage crews, and can take ownership of scheduling, estimating, and execution, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do: Run daily crew scheduling Manage 2 company trucks and growing team Oversee estimating and proposals Order materials and manage inventory Conduct quality control site visits Interview and onboard labor staff Support expansion into HOA and commercial contracts About the Company 8 team members currently Scaling to 12–15 in peak season Expanding services into hardscapes and pressure washing Owner remains active in sales and growth You Might Be a Fit If: You have managed service crews before You can hold people accountable You understand estimating and job costing You want to build something bigger than just a job You are comfortable taking ownership Compensation $23–$27/hour depending on experience PTO included Benefits negotiable Growth opportunity into senior leadership This is a leadership seat.
