Full-time and part-time scheduling options available (20-40 hrs/week).

Options: Hybrid (remote & in-person) position based in the Largo or St. Petersburg area OR Fully Remote if residing outside of the Largo or St. Petersburg areas.

Must currently hold Florida license and be willing to obtain additional state licensure.

Required Qualifications:

- Current, active, and unencumbered state license held for: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and willingness to obtain multistate licensure.

- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills.

- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery.

- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms.

- Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements.

- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills.

- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.

Education:

- Completed Master's degree program from an accredited College or University.

- State License with one or more of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $26.01 - $62.32. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
