Job Description

Provide on-site healthcare services to the male population at a correctional facility.
Utilize expertise as a family or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner in a primary care or hospital setting.
Work full-time on weekdays, with potential shifts of four 10-hour or five 8-hour days.
Submit required credentialing documents, including resume, Ohio license, and CPR certification.
Coordinate with the hiring manager regarding drug and TB test documentation prior to the start date.

Critical Information

Weekdays only; no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Shifts may vary based on facility operations.

Education/Licenses Needed

Licensed nurse practitioner in Ohio.
Healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification.
Board certification and DEA certification required.
