The city provides a supportive environment for clinicians and patients alike. Location Woonsocket, Rhode Island Compensation Base salary: $80,000–$105,000. Bonus: up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus. Additional compensation opportunities include incentives for productivity, certifications and location differentials. Diagnose patients through observation of movements and listening to concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. Maintain strong clinical and documentation standards. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
