Tissue Sewer - Cleanroom Assembler (JN -062026-423541) Irvine, California Tissue Sewer (Cleanroom Assembler) | $22/hr | Irvine M-F 7am - 3:30pm | Temp-to-Hire Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $22/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Use tools including needles, scissors, forceps, specialized tooling, and microscopes to perform assigned steps, in rotation, in the sewing assembly of valves Execute assembly involving animal tissue and wet processes with high accuracy Verify completed steps against detailed specifications and quality standards Follow SOPs and document work in device history records for traceability Maintain compliance with GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements Assist in maintaining efficient production flow and high-quality output Uphold a cleanroom-compliant workspace Qualifications & Skills Experience with microscopes, lab work, specimen handling, or cleanroom environmentspreferred High level of manual dexterity and fine motor skills Ability to perform highly detailed, repetitive technical work accurately Strong documentation and attention to detail Comfortable handling biological materials including animal tissue Work Environment & Physical Requirements Extended periods of sitting while performing intricate work Sustained concentration under microscope or magnification Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation of small components Ability to meet strict safety, quality, and contamination standards Physical activity may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs) #J-18808-Ljbffr
