Quality Assurance AuditorLocation: North Kingstown, RI Type: Contract Compensation: Contractor Work Model: Hours: 40.0 hours per week Security Clearance: ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits of mail kit products to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.Read and interpret job sheets, control plans, and ISO/CQM requirements.Understand calibration, verification, AQL, and military standards.Apply non-conformance processes and generate reports for management.Provide feedback on errors and support production in inspection and segregation of non-conforming products.Validate new products and maintain accurate audit input in the JAAMS system.Use job tracking systems effectively and support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with team members to meet quality goals.Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed for major projects.Ensure conformance to the company's vision, mission, and values.RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience working in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.Basic analytical, numerical, and reasoning skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is highly desirable.Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.Basic math skills and intermediate computer skills.Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats.Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs. with good vision for detailed work.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
