Integration and Test - Analyst

Job Overview Systems Engineer role at Lockheed Martin Space focusing on systems integration, test planning, and analysis to support engineering projects and production teams. Responsibilities Perform systems integration, test planning, and analysis. Coordinate planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within assigned responsibility. Support test activities on site. Perform data reviews and provide feedback to test and integration teams. Identify opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies. Basic Qualifications Excellent leadership skills and whole systems thinking. Breadth of knowledge and work experience implementing systems engineering standard methodologies and lessons learned. Experience in systems engineering processes and systems integration functions in one or more of the following: a) system trade studies and/or system modeling; b) requirements and interface control document (ICD) development; c) system integration, test and/or verification; d) test planning and implementation with an understanding of all interdependencies; e) design reviews; f) analysis of data and testing artifacts. Validated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors. System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of systems engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, propulsion, RF, software, etc.). Experience with operations design. Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for implementation on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data. Demonstrated experience of good judgment and programmatic implementation vital to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations. Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of daily program operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, social skills, leading multi‑functional teams, shaping meaningful relationships with team members, and delivering consensus among peers. Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change. Active Secret security clearance with investigation in the last five years. Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in electrical, mechanical, systems, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
