A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.We're seeking a Production Control Specialist II/III to support high-volume manufacturing operations by driving work order execution, reducing backlog, maintaining ERP/MRP data integrity, and ensuring production schedules stay on track.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoy solving operational challenges, streamlining processes, and collaborating across multiple teams.What You'll Do Drive work order backlog reduction and closure activities Maintain ERP/MRP data integrity and transaction accuracy Expedite critical production jobs and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning teams Track and communicate daily production status and priorities Support work centers to ensure schedule adherence and workflow continuity Identify recurring constraints and escalate process improvement opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For Experience in Production Control, Production Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, or Material Planning Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Costpoint, Oracle, or similar systems) Experience managing work orders and production schedules Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to support overtime or alternate shifts when requiredPreferred Qualifications Backlog remediation or data cleanup experience Production expediting experience Microsoft Project and advanced Excel skills Jira or workflow management tools experience xhyhwjd
