TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Blaster for a manufacturing facility.
Pay: $20–$23/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean equipment, parts, and materials using industrial blasting equipment.
- Prepare surfaces for painting and coating applications.
- Perform painting duties as needed.
- Operate and maintain blasting equipment while following safety procedures.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of industrial blasting experience .
- Experience cleaning equipment and parts using an industrial blaster.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Painting experience is preferred.
- Experience using an airless paint sprayer is a plus.
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
