We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Release of Information Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing , processing patient record requests in a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment.

This role is perfect for someone who values accuracy and enjoys administrative work with a purpose.

What You’ll Do

Review and verify authorization forms
Process and release patient medical records
Communicate with requestors to clarify documentation
Track requests and maintain proper documentation trails
Follow confidentiality and compliance standards
