We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Release of Information Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing , processing patient record requests in a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment.
This role is perfect for someone who values accuracy and enjoys administrative work with a purpose.
What You’ll Do
- Review and verify authorization forms
- Process and release patient medical records
- Communicate with requestors to clarify documentation
- Track requests and maintain proper documentation trails
- Follow confidentiality and compliance standards
