Unit Manager – Healthcare & Medical Services Signature HealthCARE seeks a Unit Manager to lead day-to-day nursing operations in our long-term care and post-acute unit. In this resident-centered, mission-driven role, you will supervise clinical staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while advancing quality, safety, and satisfaction. You’ll guide care planning, documentation, and staffing, support staff development, and foster a compassionate, faith-based culture.
