Mental Health Therapist - Professional Counselor - Licensed Social Worker - Marriage and Family Therapist Supporting patients ages 5 years and older in a Family Practice setting. Must be Bilingual English/Spanish speaking. The Basics Location: Split between two clinics - 4 days in Lehigh, FL 33971, 1 day in Estero, FL 33928 Salary + Bonus Potential: $63,000 - $87,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities) PLUS $2,500 Bilingual stipend Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager. The Job You’ll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve. The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, RMFTI, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body. Bilingual in Spanish/English Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues. Salary Range: $63,000 - $87,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
