Manufacturing & Supply Analyst

The Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Analyst supports manufacturing and supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, planning, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other business functions to monitor operational performance, support order execution, maintain data accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The M&S Analyst utilizes SAP and other business systems to analyze manufacturing and supply chain data, track key operational activities, and provide insights that support timely and effective business decisions. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, business analysis, supply chain, operations, commercial, strategy, or a related analytical function. Hands‑on experience with SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, including extracting, reviewing, and analyzing financial and/or operational data. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets, financial analysis, reporting, and data reconciliation. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational information, identify trends and discrepancies, and translate data into meaningful business insights. Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and other business functions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with large volumes of information, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced business environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with appropriate discretion and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Experience analyzing SAP financial, supply chain, procurement, inventory, or operational data in support of business decisions. Experience with data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, financial models, and complex data analysis.
